The subscriber acknowledges and agrees to hold himself / herself / themselves bound to the terms and conditions as applicable to him / her / them. The authorised signatory / ies hereby warrant that he / she / they is / are duly authorised to sign this contract. By their signature they bind themselves as sureties and co-principal debtors together with the applicant in favour of CTSA

VEHICLES: ADDENDUM TO THE STOLEN VEHICLE RECOVERY & GSM SERVICES CONTRACT
This document serves as an annexure to the "Agreement" as envisaged in item 1.2.1 of the Terms and Conditions of Agreement attached to the STOLEN VEHICLE RECOVERY & GSM SERVICES CONTRACT entered into between the Subscriber described below and CTSA, and brings the vehicles described below within the ambit of said Contract.
