DigiCore Holding, the listed hi-tech fleet management and vehicle tracking company, yesterday reported a 46% growth in earnings a share to 23.5c in the six months to December and signalled its intention to more aggressively pursue international business.
Johannesburg - Technology group DigiCore Holdings (DGC) on Tuesday reported fully diluted headline earnings per share of 22.4c for the six months ended December.
Electronic equipment group DigiCore said earlier earnings and headline earnings per share for the six months ended December last year would exceed the comparable earnings and the headline earnings per share for the prior year by 40%-50%. Its share price ended 3,53% higher at R7,92.
DigiCore’s services, information and control systems utilise wireless communication to manage remote assets such as vehicles, equipment and personnel – thus a total telemetric solution.
